Touji Suzuhara is the fourth child chosen to pilot an Eva. It is very ironic because in the beginning he hates Shinji for saving Tokyo-3 because his sister was baddly injured during the battle. Now he and Shinji (along with Aida) are very good friends.
He is the pilot of Eva unit 03 until it is infected by a virus and turned into an Angel.
He and Aida have a crush on Misato.
